If you listen at about 3:16 after Brandon does those weird sound thingys, you can hear Jose shout 'HWAH!' or something after which Brandon kinda giggles and claps.

I think that's what Brandon is referring to when he says "Jose's vocal debut everyone!", because Jose does the HWAH! thing again at about 4:29 after Brandon says that.
