Very cool. i rememebr this from the Horror Hall of Fame and actually used this technique exactly when I was about 11 years old. I always remembered it and broke it out again this year for my Halloween costume some 20 years later. Still a great effect.

I actually saw Steve do this when I was younger. I don't remember it being on this show, but I did see it, and I of course went out, got Starburst and did this. In the video I saw, I could have sworn he mentioned Starburst. Woulda never thought I'd end up working for him one day. Thanks for the memories Steve.
