Both planes have TCAS and the probability of mid air collision is 1 out of 100,000,000, yet. it happened. RIP to those who died esp. to the Russian children.

@asmuktar The controller was convicted, but was then murdered sometime during the investigation by either an angry person or an angry parent of one of the children onboard the Russian flight. Saw this on TV ^^

hooo!! People! its not the Air Traffic Controller one Responsible!
Since NO ONE back then Lunched a Rule about Whether they listen to the TCAS or the air Traffic Controller. Killing the Air Traffic Controller is way too much!
The guy had a breakdown and now he is dead! why don;t you people think by ur head and not ur heart! its EVERYONE FAULT specially the NTSB which didn't lunch a Rule about the TCAS even after Japan problem, which was similar to this.
