Makes you wonder how horses ever bred before all these "helpers" came along.Maybe they should try just leaving them alone and letting nature take its course.

Its because horses can get injured during breeding and they become to valuable to let that happen. And yes mares are proven to get pregnant at a greater rate when pasture bred running free with the stallion.
