Nice video! I just got my GoPro last week and have taken it ona few test rides. So far I've onlt used a handlebar RAM mount but also have he suction cup mount and am going to give it a go soon. Nice editing work too! I've posted a few at LawrenceDreyfus. Check them out.

You can solve the rattle by putting in the orange thing into the mount. Unless you are using the suction cup then it's not possible.

This was on the suction cup mount, I think the rattle comes from the inside the case. Next time I'll try stuffing some foam under the camera and see if that helps.

Are you still having the problem with the vibration? I got my Go Pro HD a while ago and never had that problem. If I were you I would contact the manufacturer.

@rboeyen I think its got more to do with the bike rather than the camera. I used to have a small Sony Handycam on there and it made the exact same sound. Also, I can't hear that sound when I mount it on the back of the bike.

@nosipchuk Are you sure it's not a loose shutter button rattling around?

Some of the GoPro HD's have this fault, mine included.

The microphone can pick up the rattle. It does sound like the noise I was getting with my camera.

I put a little bit of folded up paper over the shutter button and taped it down. When put back in the case the button does not rattle anymore.

You can easily tell if it's the shutter button by shaking the camera near your ear. If it's loose you will hear it.

But i wrote to my distriduter for gopro cameras and wait if i can enforce warranty.

The camera is great so far, tons of nice features. As far as bending over the tank, it all depends on how and where you mount it. I mounted mine far back because I wanted a really wide shot. I could probably move it forward a whole foot and still have a nice shot.

Is this the motorsport gopro or the helmet gopro?

This is the Helmet Hero. The only difference between them is the accessories that they come with. I got the Helmet Hero because I do a lot of mountain biking as well.
