@hipretty people were testing them and found that it keeps fermenting while it's bottled and were finding high amounts of alcohol in them. I work in a health food store that sells different brands now but they aren't as good as GT. And no how would I go about doing that?

@TheShutterbug95 - Yes ... If your 70kg, u cant lose 70kg. If your 300kg, u can lose 70kg.

But if you wanna calculate your LBM and Body fat percentage, u can get a qualified person, to measure your skin folds. Or if you got more money, and time, you can look into more accurate alternatives like hydrodensitometry.

Simply put - yes there is a limit to how much weight you can lose (hopefully you are referring to fat), and yes it does vary person to person.

depends on if your overweight or whatever like.2lbs a week is healthy weightloss so you don't lose muscle as well as fat like.
