That belt looks like its glazed replace it.. With the engine cold.. Remove the belt and start it to see if the noise is gone. Then check all pulleys for play or noise. The tension pulley like to go bad.

As for the airbox noise.. Remove the duct from the mass air flow sensor to the engine intake and look at the honey comb mesh on the intake.. They like to get dirty.. Also some air filters can shrink and collapse and flop about.. Remember there is constant vacuum with engine running. .

Damn those are some weird sounds. I got a 2003 gp se 3.1 and the engines are very da same. NO idea but i got rid of my air filter box for a spectre intake filter.sorry i couldnt help u out
