  • I just learned how to play that polonaise, it's Chopin's Polonaise in A major op. 40 no.1 aka Military Polonaise.

  • Go Willie ! Thanks for these videos.. i studied piano at trenton conservatory of music... my teacher grew up with Willie.... showed me stuff when i was 6 that knocked my socks off.. Hats off to Willie !

  • The Drummer is my grandfather, Lennie hastings. If anyone else has footage of him please message me!

  • Wow, check him at 5:54 , the Lion is pissed off! Right after the bassist missed his solo que. Then when the bass solo is done, Willie sarcastically says "That's playing bass?" (6:22).

Amazing player, but hell knows I would never want to anger him!

  • The Lion growls, lol

  • who are the bassist and drummer, they are great!

  • nevermind i got their names in the beginning, again they are great!

  • Morning Air certainly does rule. One of my favorites by The Lion. And Echoes of Spring - how can you beat that one? I take a lot of pride in saying I finally mastered that piece last year.

  • Morning Air rules, but Echoes of Spring is even better. They don't have it in this video.

  • I agree, there was a video of Willie playing Echoes of spring a few weeks ago but I don't find it anymore!!
