im not sure if your on crack or not, but tibetan buddhism is very different from the original buddhism buddha taught, theravada buddhism. tibetan buddhism advocates violence and has grisly violent mythology and human sacrifice
No, I don't use crack, I drink coffee :) But to be serious: Yes, there are differences between the original Buddism, as was practicised in India, and Tibetan Buddhism. The Tibetan version has incorporated several elements of the older, local Pön (or Bon) religion and Tantrism.
Tibetan Buddhism has changed the Tibetan people a lot: their military campaigns came to a halt and it was forbidden to kill all living creatures.
Literature: e.g. Sir Charles Bell, "The religion of Tibet" .

The Dalai Lama is a failed political leader who called for POINTLESS violent uprisings, that killed some Han Chinese, while giving the central government an excuse to initiate the crackdown.
The right to revolt is a right well exercised when being occupied, as Tibet is by the Chinese, but not when such an exercise targets the innocent on top of being futile.
The Dalai Lama claims to be a God-King and spews alot of bullshit, and is only marginally better than the Pope, the Ayatollah, etc.
