the modeling was very well done but your next step would be to learn texture mapping a bit better.

everything seemed to just be solid colours.

theres plenty of tutoiral on the net and it would do wounders to you animation

at first i thought this was gonna suck but i think it was fuckin cool. at the end his legs bled through the cloth a bit though. you can increase the offset value of the collision object to fix that, and if you dont want to do that, just make the faces of his legs that are in the pants invisible. i use max too and have been for about 2 semsters

Hey its nice, but cloth is so hard and anoying to work with, there was actually a piece we had to do over cause the cloth just went crazy and shredded around his legs >.< I didnt know but my buddy put things in the room that made his hair move weird like that, haha.
