I like foraging in the "wild" for edibles! Nettles are great for tea and soup ( by blending them they will give the soup a nice texture ).
Dandelion's you can use everything. I used the blossoms for a quick energy boost by eating them right away ( like Snickers #lol ) the leaves for salad and soup and the roots for a coffee substitute ( but not my taste ).
