Armenia is mentioned atleast twice in the bible, once in the book of genesis, refering to the landing location of the ark. And once more, I cant remember exactly where, but I think it had to do with the son of King David escaping to Armenia.
Some of the bible versions will say "the land of Ararat" Some will say "Armenia". Depending on which version you read.
PS "Ararat" is anciant Assyrian for "Armenia"
