All courts are heavily biased against Men. Try to think of just ONE area in the public or private sphere where Men regularly receive positive discrimination over Women, you won't even find one but I urge you to try just the same. Child support legislation makes is nearly impossible for a Man to just "leave" by his own will.
It goes both ways, but the rate of occurence is staggeringly disproportionate.

When Women DON'T want the children, there are some options to rid herself of her "burden" such as safe haven (can abandon children as old as 18), adoption, abortion...and these services are used often. So no, Women don't get "stuck" with anything, they keep children for their own purposes.
