Yeah u try to hit the top of the generator (red thing) in order to only use one grenade but it's really hard

Do you aim for the top of the red light on the generators kinda like shooting a basketball through a hoop in order to successfully destroy them. So it will only take one grenade or semtex in the right spot to destroy them? Cause some matches it takes 2 or 3 to destroy them sometimes i go back an forth 5 or 6 times getting semtex before i get them all. Its a pain in the balls sometimes so id appreciate if anyone can tell me that:)
