Extend your legs more when transitioning, it'll make everything look a lot more smooth. Otherwise very nice, I just think you should vary your speed a bit more through the act, like hit some poses/moves faster than others. It makes more of an impact that way.

wow. im taking aerialist classes at my school. we get to choose from hoop, trap., and tissue. after i learned tissue i started working on hoop and a lot of the tricks you did hurt soooo bad!!!! esp when you dont have your splits haha
wow she is really great my teacher do some of them and im gonna do this at school but more easy stuff there aare some t hings im gonna do it really hurts your hands you feel them like there burning up and im only 13 im scared of hights alot so when i look down i close my eys cos if fall i dont know what will hit me
