First Mega Man game I ever owned was Mega Man Xtreme on GBC. It really didn't live up to the home consoles as these games did.

having played the first three megaman games on gameboy, i have to say, that i enjoyed all of them.

mega buster was cool, i honestly abused it to death.

the flying dog sucked flying just one straight line in this game...

otherwise good game, i was proud as hell beating the game because of its difficulty

I bought one of those at Babbages! It rocked! I even used the speakers to pump Genesis audio through! SFIICE sounded AMAZING!!! Of course, I had a rechargable battery pack for the Handy Boy! That thing weighed a ton! Especially with Game Genie! I might as well have had a Turbo Express!

Yeah, that was purpose :) I was making a point on how the Mega Buster noise is loud and blocks out most of the other sounds during the game and it gets annoying.

A simply fantastic review. Your attention to both the good and bad points of each game earned extra points with me.

I found myself enjoying the Handy Boy mini-review in the middle - I wrestled with that clunky thing in ages past as well.

Oddly enough though, the Slowdown in certain parts actually worked more to my advantage than disadvantage, especially with jumps. Just my experience.

Great gameplay, graphics, music, and a great review.
