Here in Canada you had to pre-buy starting on June 23rd and the sale is to July 11 or whenever the number of pre-release copies has been purchased, although Microsoft won't say how many are available. So if you wait till July 11 the way I understand it, they might be sold out if there is good response.
it started June 28 and not June 23 as i had in my comment. And yes I realized this is what you were saying, at first I thought you were saying go buy ON July 11 but you were saying Before July 11.
