Personally, I think SSBB is a fun game to play. I don't really care to much for it competitively, but I do think it is a fun game for up to 4 ppl to play and wake each other upside the head with their powers and shit.

What bugs me is the tourney fags, and a particular number of the fan base, especially when it comes to Tourneys and such. Now if you look at people who play Street Fighter or Marvel and compare them to the Smash players, you see a big difference.

I think sonic would easily win a fight agenst mario. lets look at the basics: sonic can handle himself, needs rings to survive and can pik them up if he looses them, doesnt need a million powerups, can turn supersonic and run at the speed of sound. mario needs power ups, can jump really high, can swim and breath underwater, cant turn super, and needs mushrooms to survie. soooooo yea im gonna go with the spikey blue hedgehog sonic.

The Chief reflexes were so fast he could see things in slow motion. He would see Sonic like he was running at 50 mph and still easily counter that spamming hedgehog. Plus the stress of running at the speed of sound without any armor would kill any creature with the g-forces.
