secondly, i have to critisize that "schnitzel" is usually only deep-fried in BAD restaurtants. good places do their "schnitzel" in the frying pan. oh, and that german map, wher they show wich wurst is from which german area, that was also TOTALLY WRONG!

man, if i only had the money to start a venture... i have a great german butcher at hand, who would work for me in no time!

I am German and I also went to a "German" Restaurant in Germany and I didn't really like it. They only serve Bavarian food (not my favourite) and the stuff I normally would like actually tasted nasty and fatty yuck!!!!!

I think they're focusing on the challenges way too much this series, and not enough on the other local diners, restaurants, etc. They only spend a little time on the local eateries they do visit, which is usually only two places (minus the challenge restaurant), but the challenge and the competitor takes up most of the show. It's such a shame imo.
