Yeah, it's close to being a dump. The empty beach with seagulls is a good example. The unpleasant drives at night because of 2 or more squads running lights and sirens down the road. The groups of black teens walking around the "streets" and hanging out really sets the look of the city off nicely. Then you have the drugs, shootings, stabbings, and the run down look of some of the neighborhoods. It looks and feels like shit hole. I hear more bad than good. I hear things like, I won't live there.
If this video was taken back in July, why is it finally posted now? Sheboygan is, and always has been a bunch of drunks. It never was a "family town" and drugs have taken over. If you have never been to Sheboygan, count your blessings. This is how most people in Sheboygan talk, so Bob is the norm.

Yeah, it's close to being a dump. The empty beach with seagulls is a good example. The unpleasant drives at night because of 2 or more squads running lights and sirens down the road. The groups of black teens walking around the "streets" and hanging out really sets the look of the city off nicely. Then you have the drugs, shootings, stabbings, and the run down look of some of the neighborhoods. It looks and feels like shit hole. I hear more bad than good. I hear things like, I won't live there.

Actually, it only shows he's a drunk. He's not talking about cheating, and I don't know if he lied about anything. I've heard much worse and I'm sure you have too. Now he might be an ass, but 70% of drunk guys are.

i agree with crou3316.
bob ryan is a complete drunken idiot. hes been seen all around town completely wasted and taking pictures with people. hes setting himself up for all of this.
