You say you lost your form on some of those punches. Looked pretty good to me. It's always easier to watch yourself afterward on video and be critical. Heart rate pumping and sometimes form isn't perfect, but I thought you did great. Nice finishing shot brother. What a feeling of accomplishment when your hand is raised though. God bless.

I have not been in any regulated amatuer or professional fights but I have been a practitioner of martial arts almost my whole life, I hold a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and I also train every now and then in MMA here in Ohio at Buckeye MMA... I love the sport im a huge fan.

i train with big jim who got ko and he is a beast he has cardio for days but he did have a crazy fever but he still got in the cage
