i've trained this form under the training of master Telles in brazil, it's the manthis form of the bei shaolin

Some say this is the beginning (1st) form of North Mantis then follow is the Beng Bu.You won't see this much in mainland China now, all of the mantis were modified to nothing even Wang Lang cannot recognised by himself. Treasure this buddy!

what is this?! I can't believe that martial arts such as this even exists! All that's important now is MMA- branches of martial arts such as this are just exquisite- MMA can't touch the aesthetic value of this at all.
