What I love about this game is that you're constantly being put in new situations with enemies unique to each level. I love Gunstar Heroes and its clearly better but sometimes it can be repetitiive with level design and enemies too similiar from level to level.

I remember playing this game when I was Nine, I remember my mom let me go to Slackers to get a game since I was really sick and she was just being nice. I had the box, and I remember having the manual. Loved this game.

I always liked the look of this game, IIRC EGM gave it sub-par ratings. My copy I bought from Game Crazy back in April or so never worked.

Looks pretty fun. Too bad I passed this one up back in the day. Liked that opening stage psych-out with the end credits rolling up. Didn't care for most of the sound and music, though -- is it me, or did a lot of in-house Sega Genesis games have rather unimpressive music compared to what the third-party games offered? Still looks worth an afternoon to play.

As for Gunstar Heroes? THAT was a game! One of my all time faves. Better sound and music too. (Now I have to dig it out of my garage.)
