  • @danielcreations Of course, if you eat more, you will put on weight, you will be stronger because you eat more and being stronger will allow you to damage more muscle tissue.

  • bulk is coming along but totally agree with bonk2001's comments too. you're young so perhaps doing what you are doing will work, just keep his advice in mind. push the weights hard, watch the diet a little, and get plenty of rest. doing good so far!!

  • Awesome job, strong, GREAT looking body, but being a fitness trainer I hate bodybuilders bulking up... staying lean makes it easier to stay lean and gain muscle through better nutrient partitioning. The bulking phases makes it easier to gain more fat and harder to lose it, and over time can lead to weight problems. Not telling you what to do, that's just what I've learned from research =) Keep up the awesome job and look forward to seeing your progress ~

  • @bonk2001 Thanx, and yeah I can't really disagree with you. I will do bulking thing for only maybe 3 more years, till I reach my genetic potential, then I will simply maintain my weight while staying in a single digit body fat. Bulking up now will bring the results faster, plus I'm enjoying all the junk food :), and I am a lot stronger now with high body fat %.

  • @yanislav16 Just dont get your body fat too high... not good for your health, and dont get too much fat on your stomach. You have a great looking stomach... looks awesome lean and ripped ;)

  • @bonk2001 . As someone involved in exercise science I agree with bonk2001. Staying lean is best thing to do. Bulking is good but risk of gaining too much. Cardio is important for fat reduction. Overall, great physique but need to work on getting rid of layer of fat in abs particularly below your bellybutton.

  • @ennir812 I don't need to get rid of fat now, I'm bulking. It's no problem for me to loose body fat, and keep a lean look, but it isn't my goal right now, my goal is to gain muscle while staying in high body fat %, I was lean this summer, and I will be again next summer, but with more muscle mass.

  • Your chest and biceps are fine but, you've gotta work on your abs to make the whole upper body package stand out. Other than that, you're doing splendidly!

  • @Ringreader I got abs, but the problem is that I'm bulking up. Abs are covered with fat now, when i'll start cutting I will have them again, sadly you can't keep abs and build muscle at the same time, unless you are a beginner.
