As much as kinda don't like their new voices ( I'm still getting used to the but Their okay) from nick I kinda hate 4kids for taking out parts like (I think it was season 4) musa and riven's kiss. I watched a episode recently and there was parts I don't even think they showed. Oh but when I watched it it was in nick playtime or something for really little kids. Do you know why? @winxclubrose22 Not connected. I've just been following this series since about 2005. I've seen all 4 seasons so far and both movies and have been following winx news and what not on the Internet for a long time. For the Nick stuff, there have been articles with info on it, and some of the voice actors on Twitter or facebook like Molly Quinn (Bloom) have been answering fan's questions. So basicly its just research and critical thinking on my part

Thank you! Atleast there is one person who can approach this in a logical manner and can appreciate the Nick Dub. Although I was pretty pissed that season 3 wasn't reanimated. The information was vague so I just hoped that they would reanimated it and keep the newer music. Honestly I was about to give up on this show because 1. 4Kids is ridiculous and 2. I personally thought the voices/music for seasons 1-3 were god awful. I don't know why people liked them but personal prefrence I guess.

I knew Layla's real name is Aisha, a long ass time ago. I watched the 4kids dub though. I find the nick's dub pretty tolerable, and I love the animations in the specials.

But some of the winx fans are just same as the fans of my favorite anime. =\

I love the Nick dub but I have a problem with its airing times. Thank goodness I don't have DLS where I live so it comes on at 4 but still, that's not much better. I wonder if they're airing it at that time because they're assuming people have already watched it or they're catering to a much younger audience this time around?

im just happy someone brought winx back to america i like 4kids only cuz that was what i was introduced to- but nick's is wayyyyy better its right to the original stories and seasons 4,5 and 6 finally are coming to america people! be happy!

So, I did some research and found out that Aisha is in-fact a Neopet. In Japanese, 愛者, Aisha, means “loving ones.” As for trade marking Aisha, that is probably the case. When Viacom bought Neopets back in 2005, they also bought all the trade marks. Thinking about that information, I wonder if that had any part of the decision between Rainbow S.r.l. and Viacom or if that was just icing on the cake for Rainbow.

I not only agree with all of this, I have been saying the exact same thing to all the 4Kids fans. I dislike the 4Kids dub to the extent that I can barely watch them in your comparison videos.

4-Kids didn't have rights at all. They stole the show like some other shows that I can't remember... Nick and Rainbow aren't that far on story lines and voices so I am not mad at Nick... Actually I love Nick's version accept for the them changing Layla's name back to Aisha, but I know everything was done by Rainbow since I saw the credits . I totally agree with you. But what's the point arguing? As long as we get to watch the show it's fine isn't it?

Aisha is actually pronounced (I-sha) so when I heard her name changed I though I was that. It took awhile to get used to that though.

I'm okay with Musa, Techna and Aisha voices but i kinda liked flora,bloom and stella old voices better but im getting used to them The story is okay and ever thing.

Anyone know when season 3,4 & 5 are airing on nick in Canada?

@winxclubrose22 Aisha is pronounced in The Italian Winx 'Ah-ee-sha.' like Nick did As for your question. I'm assuming that Season 3 will air here in January since this month we are getting the last special at some point. Season 4 in the states is apparently airing in February so we'll probably see it in March or April if the same pattern continues. Season 5 is playing Fall of 2012 in the states and I don't have a guess for Canada

@winxclubrose22 I think nick's going to show season 3 a month after the 4 specials while is showing somewhere 4&5 in fall next year... That's what I remember from reading several reports on this but I don't know it it's correct...

The ony problems I have with the Nick dub are, A: The present it as brand new brand new series, Like when they said "The winx are getting their very own show" and not saying something along the lines of "the internasionaly acclaimed series, Winx, is comming to Nick"

I don't know why, but it just does... and B, it comes on befor I get home, once I was lucky enough to catch the rambow logo on my tv.

I wanted to give you a heads up, cause I just uploaded part 2 of this video, and the first question (that I had prepared before even uploading this one) is on the same topic you speak of for "A" and I only bring it up 'cause I don't want you to think I was singling you out, because I've seen many many people say something similar in the past which is why it is apart of my next vid.

You are right some fans dont know what they are saying they should be happy that winx club is back with a new season coming in 2012 some fans should stop and think and give nick a try am a big fan of the winx i love the 4kids winx club i grow up with it but i still love rai winx and the nick winx am happy cause season 5 is coming thats all i have to say 8-)

I honestly like the new version better, although it took a little time to get used to the new voices. I think that this is a great telling of the story and better than the RAI English dub and the 4kids dub. I think so far Nickelodeon is doing a great job and I hope that they keep up the good work! Oh, and by the way, to all the people who don't like Layla's name change, I think Aisha is an awesome name!

I like the new dub actually, i like it better than 4kids (voices were if-y before when i watched the specials but i love them now) I watched the rai english and I loved it. So when I heard nick was dubbing it, i thought id give it a try, then they used rai english music and i jumpd 4 joy (not really) so ppl should give it a chance and stop comparing

I'm not even half-way through the video, and I agree completely. People should stop complaining about all this. The new dub is great. All the dialog is kept, none of the plot is censored, they tell it like it originally was. While I did miss stuff from the specials, I did like the new music and transformations. I never got to watch the 4kids dub, but, if it's as bad as the made Shaman King, I'm glad I missed it, and went for the Rai dub. I miss the Rai voices, but, Nick is doing great, too.

i totally agree with you on everything your ideas were well researched , thoughtful and you explained them and you explained it was only your opinion and i agree with your thoughts and also this was well thought out and i did not even know that nick used the original animation from the italian show and i don't know why some people are complaining winx club is winx club so seriously i don't understand the problem but you are right :)

at first though, the nick dub was kinda confusing, but as i kept watching it, i began to grow fond of it, and really started to love it a lot. of course, i don't hate the 4kids dub, since i grew up with it, never can go wrong with the classics, but that doesn't mean that nick can't give us that same nostalgic feeling to us old winx fans. give nick a chance, i think their new voices are awesome, especially molly quinn. she ROXS as bloom X3
