its stephen christians (Anberlins Lead singer) side project called Anchor And Braille. unfortunately they have only released a vinyle record with 2 songs on it. and neither of them are that one. but were hoping for his full album. he said it is all done hes just been really busy with Anberlin

You know how everytime you watch a video and it looks like they are moving in slow motion but still singing the song perfectly, well thats how they film it...twice as fast so when editing you just slow down the video and still for the slow mo and still get the singers mouth to move in sync with the lyrics :)
