@lotusivy As long as you don't have the volume uncomfortably loud and you remember to take bathroom breaks, it won't harm you lol. When I do my own brainwave entrainment sessions I do it for anywhere from 30-50 minutes at a time.

@DancingSpiderman Thanks Spidey I really appreciate that. I feel that if more people were just a little more aware of what they were capable of, they'd feel less helpless which would lead to more calm in the world. The full version should work on mac. It's in QuickTime with HD H264 encoding.

I want to be able to transport you away to a different place, get lost for awhile, give the mind a relaxing recharge. Did you ever download the 400meg 11 minute to watch on your own?

without a full, accurate, transcript, this movie cannot be taken seriously or assumed to have any credibility. As far as I know the words flashing across the screen could be as damaging to my subconscious as the government mindf*** they call public education.

@JazBlogShow I like that you guys are thinking, so you're on the right path. These videos and binaural beats are tools to help embed positive states of mind and reinforce qualities and/or desires you already have. If meditation and affirmations do that for you already then go with that. Whatever it takes to awaken a spiritual consciousness across the globe, I'm for it. No one ever committed a crime or hurt another because they were meditating to much. We need more people to spread the good.

@Quindal Thanks I appreciate your comment. Subliminal messages cannot override a person's critical mind, meaning suggestions that go against someone's "core self" won't work. You're still in control of your own mind. Subliminal suggestions are just that, suggestions. If they agree with your core self, then they can help embed positive habits and actions.

@iGodMindTy however ineffective subliminal messages are assumed to be against a person's core, the 'power of suggestion' is very real, and if you tell a person something long enough, they begin to believe it. The exact purpose of this video. You say it's good things you are flashing before my eyes, but how do I know without a Complete transcript, on This video? No offense, but I don't know you, and continuing to hide the transcript, expecting people to just trust, is not helping you.
