Hey there Brother. I loved the video. I just learned a lot about potatoes just now that I didn't know, especially the degrees at which they germinate. But take it from a deer & turkey hunter. I'm pretty sure the poo you're lookin' at there is most likely 'Doe Poo'. I've seen thousands of piles of it in my 48 yrs. of life, and I would bet you 2 to 1 that you may have some deer passing through on ya. Either that, or you have some big and thoroughly fed wild rabbits. Either way, you're blessed.
When you said that you had kept the potatoes for 2 years, did you mean they had been stored for two years of that you have been parenting from your initial crop for two years?
@treverbettis The easiest and fastest way is to offer your labor on a working farm. Number one, you will be in the country and out of the rat city asap. You will learn hands-on how hard the work is (this is my life and the demand was more than I thought, but I love it). You will learn hands-on how to do things too. You usually get (around these parts) a fifth wheel trailer (plz google it) with food, free utilities, and a small stipend salary. The experience though is really priceless. Good luck.
thanks for the educational video! i'd like to see more potato vids...god bless
