In almost all cases frontal brain lobes are diminished significantly noticible via skull structure in African people. Perhaps this is an evolutionary factor caused by diet and environment over millions of years. Eating healthy will not change skull or brain structure.

What ever gets you through the day. Know some most intelligent Africans in my day and some idots of the so called higher IQ groups that actually had an high IQ. But considering the other mistakes you have made with the sickness that "only" affect certain populations, I will take the rest with a grain of salt . @candr - I just checked Wikipedia (though it's not the most reliable source) and it does effect other select races of people. However it effects the majority of Africa (about 70%). The 15% estimation is more likely the other non negro genotype statistic according to Wikipedia's demographic map considering population density.
