Mini review HTC Touch Cruise

yeah man this phone is soooo good those that think its rubbish dont know about win mo phones i have all the apps in the world and my stylus dont come out once - i am gonna do a review maybe 2 mins long so folks will get what we are talking bout..

Dude i had this phone for almost a year and it was the best i ever had. It is simply the best till now. I got mugged and it was stolen. If i only catch the dirtbag that stole it i amjust gonna kill him.

I am using my HTC Touch Cruise without using the stylus. Its touch screen is finger friendly. And with the Windows mobile 6.1, you have the option to use Touch Keyboard or Touch Keypad. HTC Touch Cruise is really a touch phone. With so many great features, 3MP camera, GPS, WIFI, FM radio, 3G and a lot more.... You wont ask for more.

Yes it can be upgraded to 6.1 and I did actually.

it really looks like the touchscreen doesn't respond really well, and it's kinda slow.. I think HTC isn't quite a good choice there.

mobile 6.0 is slow that why they come out with w mobile 6.1..... with window mobile 6.1 it much smooth and faster

for real, why pay alot more for this phone when u can get the original Htc touch. the cruise and touch seems to be like the same thing. even the dual, its just that the dual has a slider with a phone dail keyboard.

It has something very similar it connects to satalite and gives u live maps so basically does.

u dudes dont know what ur talking about... its not slow at all, its very cool in handling, and if u know something about internet, u can get free very cool java games and things, u cant imagine how cool it is untill u have it in your hand, happyKiat ur right, it "seems" slow in this video, that guy probably had it the first times in his hands so..

This guys scrolling and tapping was not very good. Besides, it all depends on the processor. Just like any computer. You can't put Windows XP or Vista on a slow box and say "Windows sucks." And as more companies squeeze an OS into a smaller form factor, then performance takes a hit. I have Windows Mobile 6 on a HTC MDA and it's moves along very fast.

It didn't went wrong, he showed how to rotate photos.

If you watch again at about 2:34 - he moves finger to rotate the old pic again but it changes the photo, showing that it is actually fiddly to do and often will go wrong.

looks like the device will fall over on touchscreen performance unless some environmental factors really affected the scenario shown in the video

Is not unresponsive, you have to change your mind when touching the screen, i think this device is focused to be used mainly with the fingers instead of stylus, and you have to press firmly when using. When recording the video i was not in a very good position and couldn press firmly, but i have been using it as personal phone and the screen is not unresponsive. Regards.
