Be glad you didn't. My sister dragged me into this attraction. And as soon as we got to the guard robot bit, her kid started crying, and they left me and my mother in there. I could have left too, though it meant I wasted that time in line for nothing. It's not as bad as most people say. Just hold your breath during the chili dog bit. Still, there are better rides and attractions at the Magic Kingdom.

People that are saying that this is a good ride have obviously never been on Alien Encounter: Extra Terrorestrial. It was in a completely different league, but, as always, stupid, ridiculous parents complained because it scared their children, even though it had a height restriction and plenty of warning signs. They had to ruin it for everyone else.
Also, it sounds to me that the orignal voices did their repsectfull characters.

And just because it takes place in space doesn't make it futuristic. If it takes place in the future and is in space, then it would fit. But saying Stitch takes place because it has technology made by aliens and it takes place in space doesn't make it fit. AE did because XS was supposed to be a company run by aliens in the future.
i love this attraction better than alien encounter. stitch is my boy. i have a stuffed animal stitch, i do his voice, and i own all the movies of lilo & stitch.
man....it's so weird hearing plikley or how ever you spell it talk. because he plays the laimighty tallest purple in "invader zim" so now, i cant watch lilo and stitch without picturing the tallest....
This preshow video seems shorter than what it was for the Extra TERRORestrial Alien Encounter. I haven't been on Stitch great Escape but hearing comments from people that have it seems no match for the scary Alien Encounter. The Stitch attraction seems more technically advanced but is no classic.
Nice job on the video. It seems Disney has a neat idea behind the storyline for this attraction but alot of it relates back to the Alien Encounter.
Disney probably had alot of complaints from over-the-top parents that have nothing better to do other than pick on anything on their dayout just to make Disney look bad.
I will admit that the Alien Encounter attraction was scary for timid guests and children but that was the whole point of it. It played with out fears psychologically. It had plenty of warnings for it as well.
I cant agree with you more, they warn you so much, but still they go in the attraction. The whole experience is gone at Mission Space. BUT I really like this attraction it's offcourse real funny, but also alien was also damn cool :P
I'm impressed with this attraction! I'm upset that "ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter" was replaced with this attraction (I never saw that one), but at least I got to see some references from that former attraction! Thanks, SaveTheLastRide :)
