My only complaint is that it's GREAT for a single cat household, the Box NEEDS to be bigger! Otherwise it's my dream find!! I wouldn't want another litter box ever! JUST please consider making sizes BIGGER!
Thanks mike. Just ordered ours. Also, might want to check the amazon reviews as there might be an issue with the strength of the clips that hold the halves together. Great idea, all the best.
you saved me from such an ordeal. YOur invention is the best invention for pet love and owners....love it ...love it. Thank you again. i recomment everyday on facebook.
Like O-M-G! Like I get it now guys, it puts the doodoo it in the little basket thingy. Like I'm going get one of these Rolla doodoo's tmrw! Omg, I been poop scoopin like 4ever, after seeing this, I don't have to put up with shit anymore literally from my little furry poopin machine.
I just bought this, cuz I just can't take the odors while cleaning the cat litter, put it together, both momma cat and 3 mos old went, the clump was huge (but you do show it pushing the balls thru) and it did NOT work at all, I am so disappointed, I was trying to figure how it would push it thru with the grates, but I took it for its word...just a waste of money and now I am still scooping cat litter....
I love mine. Never have to touch the litter! Gets cleaned more often now that it's so easy which eliminated the problem of the cats going outside the box because it wasn't up to their standards.Would recommend it to family and friends.
Have to admit I never used this product but saw it on "my cat is Hell". Because the litter is rolling around with the pee and poop the cat was surrounded by pee and poop so it was going outside the box in the house. Maybe they were using it wrong but that seemed pretty gross.
@enders7231 they were using it wrong and I'm thinking they may not have been using clumping litter. They may also be rolling it over too fast. This really is a fantastic product.
@artbyajanderson oh, as I said I never used it myself I am actually really happy with the Breeze box which has holes in the bottom so the pee goes into a "diaper" in a tray. It worked really well for my cat who had kidney failure and was peeing like mad. It is great for multi cat households since you really don't smell the pee and the litter does not really track.
Before using the Omega Rollaway, I have used the Breeze System, the electric cleaning litter boxes and this one is the best. Just make sure you buy the correct scoopable litter. I just do it a few times per day since I have 3 kittens and its perfect!
I picked up the big box and it's incredible. I use Cat's Pride flushable clumping litter and it's as fast as 30 seconds when cleaning the box! I HIGHLY recommend this product. I know a lady that used regular litter and thought the product was faulty. Just use the clumping stuff and you're golden. I have had this product for a year and the only thing I have had to do was use the litter spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan like once a week.
It was not a big succes with the cats, I think they find it too small inside. But: I use both halves of the box now for the hedgehogs and give them food in it, so that the cats cannot get the food, while I put something in front of the holes. Every night I make videos and if you wanna see how I use it now you can see on this channel or at my catseyes4you channel. Maybe I buy another box for the same reason to spread the food more in the garden.
I see a lot of people are complaining in reviews about the clips breaking off. Has anything been improved on your Litterbox to improve this? Also if they do break can I call customer service for a replacement? I See the large is nice but since I have 4 cats how do I get them to use this litterbox?
@88pistonsfan To train the cats you just leave the lid off for one or two days until they get used to it. .Of course you will have to scoop on those days unless you want to attach the lid to clean. Then after a couple of days attach the lid and they will go inside. I just trained 3 kittens to go in it.
@kimmay1000 hey, i have a 3 month year old kitten, and i was wondering what type of litter u use for your kittens? like isn't the clumping litter bad for kittens?
@rockstarandyouknowit some say clumping litter is bad for kittens. I know when my cat was a kitten her former human used clumping litter and Gabby (my kitty) had no problem with it at all. This box really does need a clumping litter.
at first it did not work, because also the fresh litter went over the grid and into the drawer.
we use very light herbal clumping litter. so it just works, when you very slightly shake the box for 15 seconds, while turning it slowly around.
it's really a pitty, that in germany you can only buy this box online in only two different stores. if it would be in the normal local shop, i think almost everyone with a cat would know and have it :)
I'm having trouble with Roll n Clean Litterbox. After rolling, the container cup not only has poo & clumped urine, it is filled to the brim with litter. It either uses up litter quickly or I have to sift through it... hard to do with small container. I'm sure I put together properly. Is it defective or do others have this problem?

This looks like an awesome invention! I want to buy it, but my only question is, how well does it keep the smell out? I have 2 cats that go to the bathroom all the time and it stinking up our one bedroom apartment. I need a miracle to cover up the smell cuz my air wicks arent doing it anymore:(
I bought this product a while ago now, and it seemed great at first. But if you have a cat that produces sticky or runny mess, I wouldn't recommend it. The waste constantly gets stuck on the roof and the grate of the tray, making it really unpleasant to clean.
@celbot04 Thank you for your comment. If cats do have loose stools it will not clump the way normal stools do, and will make a little mess. If your cat has loose stools it is best to scoop by hand. You could also try using a product like Pam and spraying the inside so the loose stools doesn't make a mess.
@loralieisa Both my cats are treated monthly for worms and regularly checked up at the vet, who assures me that they are both in great health. What I am meaning is that when a cat uses this litter box, you cannot roll the box right away as the mess is still fresh and tacky, and therefore leaves a trail of mess when rolled.
I bought one and liked it enough to buy two more. Then one of the clips broke. The time spent cleaning up the mess more than negated the convenience of the first two weeks. The one with the busted clip went in the trash and the two unused Omega Paw Rock 'n Roll litter boxes got tossed on a shelf in the garage immediately after they got delivered.
I own this box and because my cat pees into the corner with the sifter, clumps accumulate where the clean litter should be sifted out. Ugh! Also the sifter gets all clogged with sticky litter and is disgusting and difficult to clean out. Any suggestions? I tried to block that corner with plastic wrap but it didn't work.
I just bought one of these and it is amazing. it was hard to keep up with my two cats with my extremely busy schedule. always times for their luvins but none for their poop lol. i like to keep their litter box clean and i roll it about twice a day and it is such a help!
This is most ingenious idea. I LOVE this litter box and tell everyone I know who has cats that they must get one. It's brilliant and basically effortless.
I would like to buy one but I am worried that the poo and pee will stick to the sides of the litter box when you turn it upside down and then my cat will get his back dirty. Can anyone tell me if this happens?
This is my fear as well. My cat goes in a particular way: only in 2 corners. The fesces and urine coagulate together into a much larger chunk than the tray seems. Unless I do this 3 times a day I don't see how it will work with mine.
@Lindakeith1983 The litter box was designed to be used in conjunction with clumping litter. Since most cat's bury their waste, the litter should form a sort of barrier between the actual waste and the litter box when being rolled. The only way that you would encounter any smearing on the top and sides is if your cat does not cover their waste or if the cat has very loose stools. I hope this answers your question for you.
It's a clever idea, but you are going to have a continual build up of clump residue stuck to sides and bottom, if my cats are at all an indication of how litter box use goes. If you want to have a truly odor free litter box, you will need to unlatch the top and wipe down the sides and bottom at lease every few days (preferably daily if you have multiple cats), there-by defeating the whole purpose.
@mythicbells When turning the litter box all you will need to do it tap the bottom to force off any waste that is stuck on the bottom or sides. The video by Vorhese shows you how that works when actual urine and waste has built up. (We recommend using clumping litter) Hope this helps to address your concern.
@mythicbells IF you spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray before filling, and every so often after you empty completely and clean, you won't have that problem. Be sure to take a papertowel and wipe the nonstick spray in pretty well. You can tell as it will give the sides a sort of slightly glossier look - but not shiny. Highly recommended for all litter box types, and it's cat safe!
Great product, We have two cats and it's great not having to mess with a scoop.
The only problem I've had is that the plastic clips break easily (Two were broken when I took the top off for the first time earlier) and litter seems to be able to get into the right side seam and fall out when rolled (may be due to broken clips even though I had zip-tied it closed).
This is the best litter box ever! What a ingenious invention. It's so easy and simple and it works exactly as it says and as it's shown in the demo. All cat owners should own one of these. I'll never go back to a conventional litter box again.
I bought this a month ago, and it is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I believe it is the best litter box on the market, and works better than any electronic box. Thank you for creating this amazing product!
My cat would NOT use that. She would take one look at it and leave me a message somewhere. Cleaning the litter box is not that big a deal. Just use a big metal spoon with holes in it. - no problem. None of the cat's I've had would EVER use that, and some I had more than 20 years.
@cinsuze Sorry to hear that. Most cats would use any box that has litter in it. My cat didn't care, as long as there is a box with litter, she'll use it. It's a shame because this box is so easy to use, easier than bending down and sifting through the litter and scooping with a scoop or a spoon. Just roll the box and it's all done for you, all at once, nice and neat and all in the tray.
I have just got one of these for my 2 furbabes and its amazing. I love it and have ordered a second one so we can throw out the last "normal" tray. One of my boys suffers from FLUTD so we have to make sure the trays are kept constantly clean, this has made it so much easier for us and he approves to!! Thankyou so much!!
I have one of these on order from Amazon (have yet to recieve it). We have two cats, one ~15 lbs and one ~20 lbs. Should we get a 2nd one, if this one works out? I noticed it talked about working with multi-cat households. It looks like a great product :)
Awesome! I will never buy another Litter Maid again! After spending nearly $200 on a primo model last Christmas that didn't work well since day one, I was at a loss of what to do! I would come home and find my "surprises" for me because their litter box had jammed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Michael....you need a Cute Pet Gazette interview with your great product. Let us know if you plan on attending a pet expo or show any time soon so we can get you on film. We are already big fans of this product! Customers of this product recommend the "Worlds Best Cat Litter" for its superior clumping. Loving cats stay loving with a clean litter box.
@CutePetGazette Yes we attend many shows. You are always welcome to make your own video. We would be happy to demonstrate how well your litter will work in our Roll'n Clean Litter Box.
@utube6102 The kittens will be able to climb in and out easily. If they have trouble build a carboard ramp or something for them to set on to get in and out of the door untill they are a little older....but my guess is they will have not troubles.
Hes just using it as an example. As this is a commercial he probably doesn't want to use the real thing. I have this box, just got it a week ago, and it works wonders. It makes cleaning the litter box simple. If you get clumps stuck on the bottom just hit the bottom of the box to loosen it and it will fall into the tray. Simple as that
Would love to try one of these!!! But they are way to expensive over here in Australia!!!
Retails for almost AU$100 when you can get it here for US$35. consider the exchange rate to be very similar. Definitely doesn't justify the price down here in Australia! But would love to bring one of those to my cat one day. Hey Mr Ebert, you have any distributors in Australia?
I have 3 BIG cats ( norwegian forestcats )...i doubt they will fit into that little thing...and it would be a workout each time to clean that thing with the mount of litter you need for 3 cats.
@Verrie77 This Roll'n Clean litter box comes in a larger size too for your large cats. You can find the Large box at Petsmart. 3 large cats should be able to use one litter box.
I received a $25 gift card for Petsmart and went perusing on their site for a new covered cat litter box. I currently have an open box with 2 brother cats and it can get a little messy.
I found this and immediately bought it online (would have bought it at the closest PetSmart, but I called they were sold out!)
Even without the giftcard, $33-34 dollars is a great price! Thank you for this much needed, economical invention!!!
Thank you Michael for such a fantastic product! My husband and I have 8 indoor cats that have been rescued from the pound & RSPCA. We struggled for years with the normal litter boxes and they are painful. A year ago I purchased 5 of the Omega Rollaway and it is now a breeze. It is easy to pull apart and wash also. I am aiming to get another 3 so I can throw out ALL my old fashioned stinky ones.
@nicolemachele69 hi, you have 8 cats and.... 8 boxes? I'm asking because I have 6 cats and 2 boxes and I find they use mainly one of them - sometimes I find 2 cats in the same box!
I can't get them to split up their box usage, how can you get your 8 cats to each use a different box? Thanks
@macacoraivoso Hi, I haven't heard of cats doing that before. They are usually extremely picky about having a clean litter box. Do you clean it straight after each use?
I still only have the 5 Rollaway litter boxes. I also use the "Wonderwheat litter" method. It is very affordable and I have been able to throw out my smelly old litter boxes. If you get a litter box for each cat and place them in different areas? You will find out if they prefer another spot? Trial and error with cats!!
My only complaint is that it's GREAT for a single cat household, the Box NEEDS to be bigger! Otherwise it's my dream find!! I wouldn't want another litter box ever! JUST please consider making sizes BIGGER!

What height is the entrance on this box? Also, what are the dimensions of the area inside the box?
Thanks

I want to know if this box will be suitable for two 8 week old kittens.
Will they be able to climb in and out of the box freely due to them only being small in stature?
utube6102 1 year ago
@utube6102 The kittens will be able to climb in and out easily. If they have trouble build a carboard ramp or something for them to set on to get in and out of the door untill they are a little older....but my guess is they will have not troubles.

how can you compare a sticky brown cat turd with placing fruit/veg into the litter tray?
hrnyseany 1 year ago
Hes just using it as an example. As this is a commercial he probably doesn't want to use the real thing. I have this box, just got it a week ago, and it works wonders. It makes cleaning the litter box simple. If you get clumps stuck on the bottom just hit the bottom of the box to loosen it and it will fall into the tray. Simple as that

I am SOOOOO impressed. I love this litter box and don't know why anyone would use anything else. Great job, great invention.

3 large cats should be able to use one litter box.

why the hell didn't I invent this?

Thanks again for your invention.

@nicolemachele69 You are so welcome. Thanks for the great comments. Glad you are so happy with the Roll'n Clean Litter box.
mikeebert21 1 year ago
@nicolemachele69 hi, you have 8 cats and.... 8 boxes? I'm asking because I have 6 cats and 2 boxes and I find they use mainly one of them - sometimes I find 2 cats in the same box!
I can't get them to split up their box usage, how can you get your 8 cats to each use a different box? Thanks
macacoraivoso 1 year ago
@macacoraivoso Hi, I haven't heard of cats doing that before. They are usually extremely picky about having a clean litter box. Do you clean it straight after each use?
I still only have the 5 Rollaway litter boxes. I also use the "Wonderwheat litter" method. It is very affordable and I have been able to throw out my smelly old litter boxes. If you get a litter box for each cat and place them in different areas? You will find out if they prefer another spot? Trial and error with cats!!

@QcLoneWolf what brand is the toilet safe clumping litter?

@janineaaaaaaa I buy Cat's Pride. Don't get the ultra. That one's not toilet safe.
