Nicely done, although I have a particular issue with your playing: use your little finger you lazy swine! You can't be Blackmore186 if you don't use the pinky.

I know you used it for the "triplets" (really 4 notes, although Joe Satriani incorrectly played triplets in that part during his stint with Purple), but that doesn't count because you were just leaving it up for 2 notes and plonking it down for 2 notes over and over.

Work that pinky! Make that pinky bleed! It'll thank you for it!!

I agree. My uncle who was the lead guitarist in a Deep Purple cover band taught me that lesson long ago and now my little finger is one of my most used fingers (even more than my middle finger, which I barely use cuz of the way chords are played in electric guitars). I was watching him play this song especially the solos and I was surprised at how quickly and powerfully he moved the little finger.
