I rented Madden '09 on PS2 (just to check out what current-gen felt like again), and I have the old ass PS2, so I have to get an adapter for it, and they're hard to find.

I think you can get the PS2 version and play it on your PS3.

I don't know all of the stuff that goes along, but I think all PS2 games are backwards compatible with the PS3.

yea you can play madden 09 online for ps2 you got to buy a meory card thing for your ps3 and take your old ps2 meory card and put it in and it puts all you ps2 online settings to your ps3 hard drive. thats how im playing ps2 online with my ps3

Actually i dont find them unnecessary at all. Every spin in that video (except for one, 3:11)was because of the possibility of my blocker missing his block or the defender taking a different angle than he did. I think thats part of why im good at avoiding people, because i take every possibility into consideration. But i do go overboard every once in a while with the spin, i can admit that, ha.

I just wanna let you know that there are mega glitches on next-gen Madden like WR Direct Snap glitch and the running game is complete trash. You will be very disappointed if you move on to Next-Gen, DOZE. Your skills on PS2 are too good to leave behind.

What do ya mean when you say that running is trash? Is it hard to do, or is it hard to stop or what do ya mean?

Well, if you score high on the Rushing IQ test, then the DTs will break through the line and stuff you for 2-3 yards every time. Someone ran backwards with LT and Hester and a DT caught him with no problems.

It's just a completely different game than PS2version. It looks like they tried so hard to make it look realistic, they forgot that they have to make the gameplay good too.

Plus I have the PS2 version of 09 and I want to play you again. =P

Nah, it's just regular All-Pro settings online. But there are these jackasses that found a way to glitch HB Direct Snap so it direct snaps it to the WR. One of my friends lost a game 118-15 to someone who just kept doing that glitch.

Ha, many people have been saying i need to stay with PS2 just one more year. But i already have it for PS3 and am starting to get the hang of it just a little bit. Once summer is over im sure ill be playing much more and have my game down.

I'm going to wait till next week to buy Madden 09 in the Wal-Mart online store. I just need a online store giftcard. I usually buy new video games online. Old games such as San Andreas, Vice city or whatever I got at used game stores such as Gamestop.
