@MrRamsay8 System that allows you to link up with your allies. You see them through walls, and it lets you know when they need help. I think you can also hack into the opposing team's link to see their positions temporarily by using some syringe on one of them when you have them in a hold (I'm pretty sure you could do that... haven't played this in a long time!). Was a good system, helped players work as a team, for once, in an online multiplayer game.

like Kojima said, MGS, Snake looked like a bit of a rookie but compared to Meryl, he was a badass. In MGS2, Raiden looked like a rookie but Snake in comparison seemed so much better. It was a well thought out shift of viewpoint which made Snake more likeable even if Raiden got a lot of negative reviews.

Raiden is my favrorite i played as for a while in Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops Plus he's in my Alpha Team the HF Blade is my favorite weapon but the throwing knifes are new it kinda sucks you can't always play as him like in portable op plus but its ok, i expected character being randomly selected since after the gene expansion

my brother just bought the scene expansion, but you can only play raiden in certain games (if the host allows it - and the player is randomly selected), but we cant find many games with the characters enabled, maybe most people do not have the expansion or perfer playing normal soldiers, but when we eventually find a server it seems to lag loads, and when we host our own no one joins (usually when i host a normal sneaking mission match it fills up fast) =(

That would actually be really neat! You could sacrifice half your life or something in exchange for automatically killing whoever grabbed you. That said, the game does need to stay as balanced as possible, though.

No he doesn't. His blood is MGS2 was artificial red blood with nanomachines, which had been put in his body by the Patriots (his real blood was kept in cold storage in a Patriots facility). That's explained in a codec conversation. The nanomachines in that blood were set up so that if he died, Sunny would die.

Between MGS2 and MGS4, he had it replaced with new, white blood (a referance to the milk blood from Policenauts) by Madnar. It's free of nanomachines.
