Is your stage up at your level of access when standing? One problem I have is that when filming over time my back hurts because the table I use is lower than I am.
@KoBaCaaTT The stage surface is actually about 40" off the floor. (I'm 5' 10", so it comes up to my stomach) I really used the storage bins to gauge the height when I was doing the pre-build measurements (plus about 4 inches so I could move the bins if I needed to) The fact that it is an optimal height was sort of an accident. If I had it to do over again, I would have built it about 4" shorter...
@KoBaCaaTT The stuff in the foreground is really easy to work with. The further back I go towards the wall, I end up using a step stool to reach though!
@KoBaCaaTT@huttwigley I have to walk around quite a bit between the camera, and stage, so I usually just stand. I use the stool to sit down while I upload images to the laptop (not pictured). It's usually right there just of the to left of the light support...

this would be watchable if you edited it, knew what you were going to say, had some light and did it quicker, but thanks anyway!

@huttwigley
So do you just use a stool/ chair when animating, or just rough it out and stand?
