i find it insulting when people say "don't acting like a animal" Animals have never committed genocide or mass murder. They don't wipe out an entire species. But we do... So no, no one can be an animal because they are too good to be human.
Sounds like they need some serious funding. The fact that poachers are almost never convicted there means that a little bush justice is warranted. ;-)
