Is it a "bad attitude" or is it just everyone elses bad attitude toward him? Seems to me that the majority of his haters are people who never were the talen he is. Think about this the next time you call him a douchebag or you hear someone else call him a douche, bad attitude, etc.; What were you doing when you were 18 years old? Living the dream? I doubt it. This kid is living the dread we all hoped to achieve but never did. Don't hate, just appreciate.
He isn't even 20 yet so yea he is gonna be immature at times. He plays the game harder than anyone and thats why he gets so much hate, because no one can catch up to his talent.

However, I saw you getting skewered and I remember reading that so I figured I'd post it. I see some other people claiming he has been a good influence on the club and maybe that is true, too. Either way, I just thought it was unfair that you were getting crucified when there are quotes saying exactly what you said from people who know a lot more.
Defintely not a great comment about Harper being a D-bag, but no hard feelings. This video was pretty awesome, what a display of hustle by Harper. It's nice to see guys that have "reputations" (somehow, already) prove critics wrong. Harper is going through the system and having his ups and downs just every other player trying to make it to the show. He's getting dirty and hustling, and definitely all about playing baseball. Enjoy watching him while he's with Harrisburg!

Is it because he blew a kiss to a pitcher after hitting a HR off of him? Don't forget the pitcher talked trash to him the entire time around the bases and the team had hit Harper 2 days in a row and had hit 3 of his teammates in those 2 games.
@ImperiumDeus Yeah my douchebag comment may have been a bit harsh. However, there are plenty of reports that are to the contrary to him having a good attitude. I'd be shocked if any of his AA teammates ripped him, considering they want to stay in the organization too. If I'm being pessimistic, I'd argue that both of your examples are just PR posturing. I may just be un-informed, considering that all I've heard is bad from the national and Philly media.
