A couple in West Berkshire (UK) Woolhampton are going through what Fiona and daughter went through. The Thames valley police, Council, MP, and housing Sovereign housing association have learnt nothing from this dreadful bullying case. It is shameful that the majority of people are given full reign to persecute vulnerable disable people, or indeed anyone.
listen the reason kids do this hanging outside shops causing a nuisense is because there board and they dont care for there actions something needs to be put in place to help them there troubled souls who have never had power or wealth and when they get friends they feel invincible the police should have spotted this across the whole country and to be quite honest its unacceptable and needs to be dealt with accordingly.

Cops are totally useless in these cases. I was once terrorised at midnight by this drunken neighbor and when I finally got away to the cops, they started making excuses that the guy may have a " mental health problem". They offered me a lift home, but said that they couldn't do anything now as it was " best not to DISTURB him at 2 in the morning".
When I went to the housing on the Monday, it emerged that he had EMAILED them straight after the incident to report on the fact I retaliated?
The police done exactly the same to me. What is required is a national website in which residents can record and highlight anti -social behaviour in their areas as it happens.
A record and history of anti social behaviour will have been compiled, and Councils and Police will have to respond.
Name and shame these animals.
The only way to respond to anti social behaviour at present is by violence unfortunantly.
If family A had been 'beaten' up themselves, i'm sure they would have changed their behaviour...

There was a mini riot down my parents road about 30 youths fighting in the street after a party , My parents phoned the police a number of times but all the police kept saying was do the have knives . When the youths moved on the police turned up and said what happened. When the police left some of youths come back and keyed every car in the street . I say bring back national service . Vote BNP they would sort this.

If I had kids they would NOT get everything they want,and they would be walloped when they step out of line and NO I WOULD NOT BE FRIGHTENED TO HIT THEM IN THE FACE OF DOGOODING HUMAN RIGHTS AND CHILDREN'S RIGHTS AND THE NSPCC ETC,kids today need a bloody clout. Antisocial behaviour is a wrong word to use for these criminal offences against this family. Socially sub-normal children & parents seem to bear most of the responsibility for this situation, coupled with poor policing, highlighted by the now apparent availability of police there.
One does wonder if their role is good community policing, or just protection of scum!

1. you give them somewhere to go, even just a few simple covered park benches, away from the estate.
2. after this, if they still come to the estate for trouble, you go zero tolerance, residents too. If residents are pussies and just hide youl get abuse. You go out there, face2face like a madman.

2)Give back the right for parents to discipline their kids how they feel fit (e.g. with a smack), without the fear of being prosecuted. All this go up to your room crap doesnt frighten kids when they do something wrong. A good clip around the earhole will bring back order and discipline to the home.

When I grew up in the early 70s and did something wrong at school, I was frightened of getting the cane by the head teacher and if my parents found out a good smack from my parents. My Human Rights were if I did something wrong, I would get a good clip around the ear hole, and I never did it again.

Especially because this death involved a disabled person.
There are a lot of teenage kids in the UK with nothing to do except cause a nuisance.
What a shame that their parents aren't more responsible; we all should "nip this in the bud" before it gets completely out of hand- as in this case.
Clearly we all have a duty to protect the more vulnereable, like the disabled.
They have a right to be treated with respect. Let's STOP this from happening again!

They should bring Borstal and detention centres back.
