If a person have never read the Bible, in Hebrew or English, but heard the gospel preached and believed, he too will be saved. So yes, for full understanding, knowledge of hebrew and greek is impt, but whoever wants to be saved do not need full understanding. They need faith.

I cried watching this. All religion tells me is that i must be good, and love the Lord. Jesus is the only one who tells me : you have all the good you don't deserve because another took all your sins and put them at the cross. • 2. If anything i would argue that muslims follow Jesus more than the Christians themselves. Jesus never ate pork, discouraged alcohol (deuteronomy ch41 v8). Muslims dont do none of that. @TheDarvus Gospel - Good news. The gospel figuratively means the whole bible. as for the tourist spots comments, well, you mean to say a group of people conspired to write a fake story. So they traveled all over Israel, came out with stories along the way which fits the surrounding hills etc, which in turn became one of the biggest religion in the world. Not to mention the new testament, Torah, depicting real places. That's why I say, go to Israel yourself, see his tomb, see the places he went.

@TheDarvus In order for Jesus to be a myth, it would have to be shown that the gospel accounts were highly embellished and inaccurately copied and transmitted. But, considering that there are other, non-biblical accounts mentioning Jesus, it would be very difficult for anyone to demonstrate that He was fictional.

Koran 22:39-40. Surah 2:190-192 prohibit killing of noncombatants; 47:4 seems to set a limit on killing. your own koran condone war. have you read your own 'holy book'?

I read it twice out of curiosity and thirst for understanding of different cultures. Needless to say I wish I hadn't read it, it was like reading the words of a totalitarian dictator. @Thechristiancullen islam does not say that if you have done this many hajs or have this many wives then u are guaranteed forgiveness, it is the right of GOD all mighty who he forgives and who he chooses to punish. islam is the path laid down by GOD, the path by which you can reach forgiveness. simply saying that Muhammad P.B.U.H is the prophet and ALLAH is the one true GOD dosent get you a pass in heaven. in islam we belive that your actions are judged acc to ur intentions

Also Jesus says GIVE ,PRAY, FAST, SECRETLY - so what I want to know is come islam is so public and makes such a song and dance about Ramadam when many christians quietly do these things anyway?

It was the religious men who wanted to crucify Jesus in the first place - even Jesus had a hard time with religion.

Jesus would have been an insult to Mohammed, whom Muslims claim was a prophet of the same stature as Jesus. Considering the hatred of Jews amongst elite Muslims, then it’s a given that Jesus would have been killed and His death televised live on Al-Jazeera.

you made good sense. indeed, a translated bible cannot be the same as the original bible. however, that being said, the gospel that Jesus preached reaches out to whoever accepts Him as the Savior. If a person have never read the Bible, in Hebrew or English, but heard the gospel preached and believed, he too will be saved. So yes, for full understanding, knowledge of hebrew and greek is impt, but whoever wants to be saved do not need full understanding. They need faith.

I cried watching this. All religion tells me is that i must be good, and love the Lord. Jesus is the only one who tells me : you have all the good you don't deserve because another took all your sins and put them at the cross. This is love, not that we love God, but that he loves us. until we have this revelation, that God gave his only Son for us, how can we say we love God? yes He may be my Creator, my King, my high Priest, but the name Jesus came to revealed is "He is my Abba, my FATHER!"

i feel sorry for the person, if you convert from islam to christianity, then you dont know what islam is. I hope all people with start read about islam, because Islam is the only solution and the truth. Muslims also believes the bible, but not the bible that we see today, because the bible we see today is totally corupted and has changed since its start. I not against Islam, but, to say the Bible is corrupted is wrong. In fact the scriptures are preserved by God so fully it's amazing. In 1940s, the book of Issiah from the Torah was found and named the Dead Sea Scrolls. It's a collection of 972 texts from the Hebrew Bible and guess what? word for word nearly 100% accurate to the Old King James Bibles we hold in our hand today.
