For the 3rd chord middle finger is on 5th string not 6th :D watch her do the actual chord, and you'll see she has her middle finger on the 5th string.

i dont think she or anyone can teach one proper "correct" strumming pattern as there really isn't any. you just gotta strum it to how YOU want it to be and how YOU feel it. if you check a lot of covers of this song, you will see that almost everybody strums differently.

its kinda likea strum with a mix in of plucking.

down, up, hammer on. pluck twice. its kinda a feel thing lol sorry thats all i can help with for now
