Also recently released: 2.3 to 2.6 million more people have insurance thanks to that bill and that will help reduce healthcare costs for everyone, and even help medicare and medicaid save money.

Reagan wasn't a real conservative. He was a state capitalist who talked about decentralizing state power but did the opposite. American conservatives are classical liberals; people who in the 18th and 19th centuries supported laissez-fare and were opposed to capitalism and the industrial revolution.
