Boot isnt too bad, just do what you are told to do. Speed, volume and intensity is all you need, they wont mess with you as much if you show all those things, and btw boot is a lot softer on you recruits now which is bullshit bc you all need to go through what we did. Have fun....

so much activity is cut from the video. for example, it doesn't show the hours upon hours "knowledge" classes in which most recruit try unsuccessfully to stay awake. indy 500 barracks scrubs, nasty ass showers. this training doesn't make one tough, it makes one BELIEVE that one is tough. there is a huge difference between reality and belief.

get financial aid. go to college and get some ass while you're still young.

whenever you go on actual runs there will always be a truck in front of you and a couple vans with corpsman in a van behind you and your drill instructors staying close trying to keep you going.. you dont have to run farther than 3 miles until after the crucible but i highly reccomend that if your on a run do not stop and have to ride in the van because it will get your qhole platoon punished
