hey that 12-string is an alveraz, those are such nice guitars, my dad has one and its really awesome, i personally dont like the neck much on that specific one as it hurts the muscles in my left hand somehow but it still plays and sounds great, and the body is amazing, but most companies make different neck shapes so its not a big deal, point is they are AWESOME guitars
