Sorry to be a buzz kill but, they don't work, at least not for me. I listened to them for years to no avail, all they did was give me nightmares, research has found that there is no concrete evidence that suggest that these subliminal CDs/Tapes are beneficial in any way ! :(

After listening to the program on my Zune atleast once a day I can really say that results are noticeable.
