this video isnt about technique on lifts its about passion and effort as long as you have those youll go far. the technique will come in time if you are truly passionate about physical training and making yourself better you will search out information yourself and educate yourself. most of the things in the video are beneficial to the athletes. and no you dont need steroids

As a personal trainer, I can tell you that football players almost always have poor form in the weight room. I always cringe when I watch football training videos, at least these guys aren't quite as bad as most.
I'm not trying to be a "hater", but the squat and bench press form is pretty bad. I mean those are half squats and at 1:15 the guy loses the arch in his lower back and is eventually pressing with his legs. Besides those two lifts everything else is good and yeah I know I don't bench press 500 pounds so I should "STFU" but at least I do my lifts honestly. Once again I'm not blaming the players, but the S&C coach(s).
