I was 3 when I watched hellraiser at the theatres with my uncle. Needless to say I was always afraid to go to sleep for five years.....thinking pinhead would pop out in the dark...and everytime I see metal nails....i think of them stuck on me. Yes rated r movies can affect kids.
I hate it when people bring their kids to rated R movies. If I go to a PG or G movie I can expect it, but I shouldnt have people kicking my back, crying, asking questions at the top of their voice and many other annoyances in a Rated R movie

She spent the brggining of the moovey preeching to a lady on how to raise her child until she left so she misses the important part needed to understand the moovey then she leeves??? ...........,....XDD
