I've had the Proto Axis for a while now and I've got to say its the best mask I have ever had!!! It is a small mask but not to the point where you have to worry about getting shot in the chin if you open your mouth too wide. The foam is the softest I have had in a mask and can wear it all day without irritation. Ventilation is great, rebreathing air is not a problem at all and it doesn't hinder your voice when talking to teammates. The only reason I got the i4 is to be in uniform with my team b

I think the Profit is an awesome mask. if you get shot anywhere other than the lens it will only bounce off, The venting is great and it does not feel like you are wearing a mask at all, it doesn't block vision it's super light and I wouldn't be able to fog it if i tried.

i would pay 150 for vforce masks if they had dual pane lenses. until that i don't recommend them to anyone after the profiler and grill, some people have luck with them but for me they fog WAY to fast. the sly profit has been a very good pick for me so far has never fogged BUT the foam ears have started to peel away from the rubber. not too happy about that.

From what ive used before, the best are probably events, profits, and grills. I4s are wayyyyy too small and dont cover up your chin and cheeks. I4s are really overpriced too just like everything else from dye.

i had a lot masks i would say that the proflex is still the best mask but a little ugly.the grill is second.and the flex8 i bad for breath,the i3 Fogs even with thermal lens,the events is for me uncomfy,the i4 is to small but great great if you have a small face

the problem with the events is that your strap is wayyyyyyyy low. thats why its jutting out at the bottom. raise it up a bit and the events will look just fine

Thanks for highlighting what you have and have not actually used. With masks, it certainly makes a difference.

One thing I was hoping to see in this review is how 'wide' these masks make your head. I feel this is important because if you're properly looking out the side of your bunker, a wider mask will give your opponent an earlier notice of you peeking out.

I have been using my Proto Pro Axis` for over a year now and love them to death. They have never once fogged up on me and like the boys from Modern Intel, I have been in some pretty intense games. The last one being 30°C feeling more like 40°C with the humidity plus some nice downpours.

I have tried the Dye I4`s and as you guys mentioned, it is a awesome mask, however just not for me.

Good video! I do suggest playing with each mask though to have an honest opinion. The Pro Axis has never fogged on me once, it is actually really breatheable. I've worn it for 2 hours straight on the field before too. You can also attach a fan to it for more circulation. That's important if you do scenarios. When your on the field you don't notice any echo either. #1 choice in my opinion.
