When I walked out of the theater of GodfatherIII, I went to Tower Records and bought Cavalleria Rusticana. Never before had I invested a dime in Classical music. So moved by this genius was I that the next 4 years, every dollar I could afford went into building a magnificent collection. But Pietro Mascagni shall forever remain #1 in my heart. Deeply appreciative of this fine post. God bless you. This soundtrack makes me forget Obama. Honestly. Such a gift.
