Hey! Good for you! When you are feelin the urge to grab a Dr. Pepper, remember that Sodas = SUGAR. Sugar to someone with insulin resistance from PCOS Will Promote weight gain. You made the absolute RIGHT decision to give those up. Be careful with your tea! Do you add sugar to those or do you use Splenda or other substitute? I have learned to love lemon water. I always buy lots of fresh lemons and limes and add them to my water and add a little Splenda. Great video! Oh, Your son is tooo cute!
Good job on stopping the soda. I was just like you but worse. I would drink 3-4 of those bottles a day if not more. From the time I got up to the time I went to bed I was sucking on soda. That was 2 years ago, then like you I decided to stop. I quit drinking any and all sodas and started drinking only water. I had a really bad headache for a couple weeks from the caffeine addiction. Once I got over that I felt so much better. If you can make the 2 weeks i think you will feel better.
Wow, that is great that you have gone 2 years without any soda and now just drink water! That is awesome, I hope that I can do that good! I already miss them and feel like I am going through withdrawl! UGH! I have quit before but never for that long, about 5 or 6 months...so I am hoping to be strong enough to give them up for good like you! Take care!
I wish that I liked Diet Dr Pepper but I have tried just about every diet drink known to man and I can't stand any of them. I agree with you screw the places who want to take our money...we can do this without having to spend a lot! Good for you that you are doing so good! That is wonderful! Have a great day!
Congrats on your decision! Walking is awesome...especially since its free! And stopping the sodas is a big step...I feel ya...and have some tylenol ready for that caffeine withdrawal headache! lol! yeah, they keep saying its going to cool off here but the sun come out and makes a liar out of them. Where in TX are you? I'm from S.A. Good luck for reaching your goals this week!
I live in Arlington which is between Dallas and Fort Worth. So, you live in San Antonio? I love San Antonio! I have not been there in a few years though. Yes, I have my Tylenol ready, lol! It is like major withdrawl for me for the first couple of days or so, lol!
Good for you on taking the step to stop drinking soda. You will lose weight doing that alone. You will also feel so much better without all that sugar in your system.
Hi, Walking is a great way to go. Best of luck. As for the pop. They are totally empty calories and tons of sugar. Good for you for giving them up. Stick to it. Beware the headache from withdrawls
Way to go! If you need any help let me know. I am a Team Beachbody coach also so I have tons of diet and exercise information I can share with you...if you choose of course. I cant wait to see how kicking Dr. Pepper works for you as its one of my downfalls too!
I wish that I had that much energy too, lol! Tea is about the only other drink that I like other than soft drinks, but I can't stand any diet soft drinks unfortunately.

omg dr. pepper. I drink the diet version though. Regular cokes taste too sugary for me.
I don't have a gym membership and I lost quite a bit of weight, so screw people who want to take money from you. XD
